Armed with a depth of experience seldom seen in trade professionals, Ian offers incomparable expertise and a unique insight having held roles as a tradesman, foreman, project manager and operations manager and sales. Known as RCW’s ‘all-rounder’, Ian has proudly worked for some of the country’s largest painting companies, providing him valuable insight and experience that allows him to provide exceptional results for his clients.
Placing the utmost importance on client satisfaction and workmanship, Ian is well-positioned to offer qualified technical advice across the spectrum of commercial, residential and special painting projects.
Shaun Wijnstok

As an effective communicator who relishes the opportunity to exceed expectations, all roads have led to trade services and project management for Shaun. Cutting his teeth managing stadium facilities in Auckland and the Waikato, Shaun offers a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver attractive aesthetics with an emphasis on working with each client to ensure the outcomes and experience are memorable.
Leaving his previous post at one of Auckland’s leading multi-trade property maintenance companies, Shaun started RCW Painting Services alongside Ian, after noticing a gap in the market for specialised and reliable painting services which prioritise quality and client satisfaction.
